- 1 large box of INSTANT PUDDING (or 2 small boxes) (Your choice of flavor, I am using chocolate fudge.) Note: The Instant Pudding is made with cold milk and does NOT require cooking. Jell-O has a very good Sugar Free/Fat Free Instant Pudding that is perfect for this dessert.
- 1 container of Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 9in pre-made graham cracker pie crust Depending on the flavor of the pie, you can use regular or chocolate or Oreo.
- 1-3/4 cups of milk per small box of pudding, or 2-3/4 cups of milk per large box of pudding (I use 2% milk.)
In a mixing bowl add the box of pudding and milk and mix until all the powder and milk are thoroughly mixed. (The mixture will be thicker than normal pudding.) Fold half the container of Cool Whip into the pudding. Place the mixture into the pie shell and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Right before serving, take the remaining Cool Whip and spread it on the top of the pie. Cut into 6 to 8 slices and serve. Tips: You can also sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the pie before serving, or put chocolate shavings or coco powder on the top, and enjoy!!!!! 🙂
