It happens every generation. It’s inevitable. More now than ever before.
Girls and boys reach an age when beauty just seems to overwhelm them…and that’s when the new pop stars and boybands come back into focus, just like they always have in the past. It doesn’t matter whether it was the Beatles, the Osmonds, the Jackson 5…or New Kids On The Block or Hanson…or N’Sync and the Backstreet Boys…Justin Bieber or One Direction. Seeing the resurrection of really cute boys getting girls to scream until their voices are hoarse, and young closeted gay boys to hide magazines and posters under their bed…is as predictable as the sunrise or the full moon. It always comes back to us.
And this time, the fire seems to be lighting up in the Netherlands this time, as the group, ‘Foursome’, comes out to show us what they’re made of! The pendulum always swings back to its beginnings, and I, personally, look forward to the many cute boys that are sure to follow their lead and swing our way in the near future!
Made up of four members (Ian Kuyper, Max Miles, Jannes Huevelmans, and Niels Schlimback) These talented youngsters started out all auditioning as solo acts on Junior Eurovision, hoping to take the stage and maybe make it to the big leagues some day. But, even though all four young teens delivered with an impressive audition, it was the show itself that decided to put them together as a group…assuming that they could be stronger as a single unit than they could be on their own.
Apparently, the producers and studio heads had the right idea! Because once ‘Foursome’ had finally been assembled and the boys started singing together, they have been taking off like a rocket ever since! And now, a bit older and more experienced, they’re ready to take their passion to the next level and really show the world that they’re here to stay. You know…once the pandemic has eased up a little bit. Hehehe, let’s not be too reckless about this!
But, that being said, I’m rooting for you guys! As if you need MY approval! From what people are seeing from you all these days, it seems as if you’re doing just fine!
And with studio sessions like this one, displaying your individual skills and harmonies for all to hear, there’s no disputing that you’re definitely a force to be reckoned with once you get everything together and go out on tour! I doubt there will be any questions left once that happens.
Switching their language from Dutch, to English, and back again…it’s easy to see that Fource is grabbing the ears of a global fanbase as they push their way forward in the music industry. Shortly after a victory in the Junior Song Contest, the group released their first single, ‘Ik Heb de Wereld’, and they haven’t looked back since.
The boys all became the closest of friends once the boyband was put together, having fun together and sharing laughs with one another between studio sessions and live performances, where the really got to put their talents to the test. They’ve even performed at the national film premier for the movie, “”, for which they made a song for the movie soundtrack. Their first, nine track, album, “Blijf Bij Me” took off almost immediately! Including the song and video for “Love Me”, which has already been viewed over six million times since it’s initial release!
After already capturing lightning in a bottle, the foursome continued to keep going and bringing their fans what they were all asking for! Popular with both boys and girls in the Netherlands, all of their original music can be found on Spotify, Youtube, and Apple Music. And now they are working on completing their newest album, “4×4”, as well as planning for a major theater tour in 2021! So be ready!
The group has already proved themselves fully capable of making waves in the music industry, as well as putting on an entertaining show for anyone who travels out to see them live. Fource has even won the Zapp Award for ‘Best New Artist’, and their popularity is only going to grow more intense from here. A few more hits in English…and who knows where they’ll be six months from now!
In a short amount of time, Fource has become the most well known and successful Dutch boyband ever! With 15 million downloads on Spotify, 30 million views on their Youtube videos, over twenty number one hits in the Kids Top 20, and a collection of sold out live concerts…you’re going to be hearing more from Fource in the future, whether you like it or not!
So be ready! 😀
